Access Databases

Setting up a new database can be a time consuming chore. K T Typing Services can prepare your Access Databases leaving regular staff free to deal with the more important business at hand. Once prepared your staff can then work from the database to track and analyse the data, create reports, mailing labels etc, the hard work of entering the bulk of the data has been done!

Excel Spreadsheets

As for databases, spreadsheets can be simple or complex. We will set up your spreadsheets in as simple a form as possible to be user friendly for your staff.

Data Entry

We are to happy undertake data input to your existing databases/spreadsheets from either audio dictation or copy.

Mailshots

K T Typing Services can prepare mailshots for mail-merge, or you can supply us with your printed mailshots and we will address, fill and mail the envelopes to your supplied list of recipients. (Consumables used, ie paper, envelopes, ink, and also postage are charged at cost price in addition to the relevant hourly rate!)
